Everybody loves Mauchline! Eve wins our ‘I love…’ competition

Why do you love Mauchline? That was the question put to local school children in our special community competition.

Our judges have looked at the entries - and the winner is… Eve Morrison, aged nine from Mauchline Primary.

Eve posted about why she loves Mauchline: “I go to the rainbows at the church hall and its great fun a love Mondays.”

In the competition local school children were asked to tell everyone why they love Mauchline. They just had to pick their favourite thing about Mauchline – maybe their school lollipop lady, a local building or even a favourite club – and then tell us about it in any way we could show on www.s1mauchline.com - a story, a poem, or even a picture they’d drawn or taken.
