Rubys 5K Run & Family Fun Day - Run, jog or walk it!

 Every year, East Ayrshire Council’s Leisure Development Services, in conjunction with the Kilmarnock Harriers, run this event to raise money for the Ayrshire Hospice with every penny going to this charity. 

Last year over 2,000 took part in this fantastic family day out and we raised over £5,000 for the Ayrshire Hospice!   The ladies race starts at 11am and the men's starts at 11:30am - cost is £10 per entry.

 If you aren’t running the 5K, why not come along and enjoy a fantastic day out at the Family Fun Day One mile walk starts at 1pm – take a stroll around the park and raise money for a good cause – cost is £2 per child, £3 per adult and £5 for a family of four 

Family Fun Day starts at 11am – fantastic family day out with activities including face painting, bouncy castles and inflatables for under 8s as well as a slippery slope, sports activities, live entertainment and much more!  Charges apply for some activities but all proceeds go to the Ayrshire Hospice. 

A raffle will also take place at 3.30pm on the day with some great prizes on offer.  Tickets available to buy on the day at a cost of 50p each.
